e reports</a>\nCME Webinar with Continuing Education Credits In this CME-c
ertified webinar\, psychotherapeutic case discussions focusing on stress-r
elated disorders are in the spotlight. Together\, we will take an evidence
-based look at the use of Virtual Reality (VR) in stress disorders\, burno
ut syndromes\, and stress-associated complaints. After a brief overview of
the current research on VR in the treatment of stress-related disorders\,
we will develop practice-oriented approaches for selecting appropriate VR
settings – such as for relaxation\, self-regulation\, or mindfulness. C
oncrete case examples from psychotherapeutic practice will serve as the ba
sis for joint analysis and discussion. In collegial exchange\, we reflect
on challenges and solutions in practical application and discuss how VR ap
plications can be meaningfully and effectively integrated into existing th
erapy formats. Literature Tip: Meshkat\, S.\, Edalatkhah\, M.\, Di Luciano
 \, C.\, Martin\, J.\, & Bhat\, V. (2024). Virtual Reality and Stress Manag
ement: A Systematic Review. Cureus (via PMC)\, published Februar 2024.
